Our hotel in San Lorenzo/St. Lorenzen

Once you have found our hotel in San Lorenzo/St. Lorenzo, you won’t want to leave it, let alone forget about it. Here is the most important information (in alphabetical order) for your holiday in our small, but oh so fine holiday paradise at Plan de Corones/Kronplatz. 

Arrival- and departure times:

On arrival day, the room is ready for you at 2 p.m. Please let us know in advance, if you are planning to arrive after 7 p.m. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
Kids’ discounts only apply when staying in the parents’ room.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. No cancellation charges apply if cancelled up to 14 days before the start of your holiday. From 13 to 8 days before arrival, 75% of the total booking will be charged. In the final week before arrival, in the event of early departure, late arrival, or no‑show, 100% of the total booking will be charged. We strongly recommend taking out our Travel Cancellation Insurance.

Deposit:

To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit. The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price. In high season, when staying less than 3 nights, the deposit amounts to 50% of the total price. You can pay the deposit via bank transfer or credit card.

Dogs:

Dogs are warmly welcome at our hotel in San Lorenzo/St. Lorenzen. We charge €15.00 per night. Your dog will receive a blanket, a bowl, and welcome treats in the room.

General price information:

• The prices at our hotel are per person and night including half board.
• The local tax of 1.70 euro per person (above 14 years) and night is charged on site.
• Surcharge when staying in a single room: 15.00 euro per night
• In case of booking a short stay with less than 3 nights, we charge an extra of 20% per person and night.
• We cannot grant a discount for not-consumed meals. 

Kids’ discounts in a shared room:

From 0 to 2 years: 15,00 €/day 

From 3 to 6 years: 50%
From 7 to 14 years: 30%
From 15 years 15% in the third bed

Payment:You can pay your hotel room in San Lorenzo/St. Lorenzen by credit card, in cash (up to 2,999 euro) or by bank transfer. Here are our bank details:
